Operations Support
– Provide Operational support to Track Manager
– Provide guidance on opportunities for efficiencies and cost reduction – managing budget
– Ability to work minimum of two weekends per month
– Management of mustang fleet – overseeing of invoicing for repairs & maintenance
– Management of retail, non-retail fuel tanks and fuel tax credit
– Waste management
– Oversee tire contract – ordering and delivery
Oversee maintenance of onsite buildings
– Water treatment & testing
– Heating & Cooling
– Exterior & Interior building maintenance
Property Management
– People Management of Property Management Staff
– Grass cutting, trimming and weed management
– General equipment maintenance and repair
– Guardrail and Tirewall maintenance and repair
– Maintenance of marshalling stations
– Cleanliness & appearance
Qualifications & Experience
– 10+ years general knowledge of heavy equipment, heating, electrical, plumbing, and automotive service
– Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong verbal and written communications
– Strong organizational skills
– General Health and Safety knowledge
– People and project management – coordinate, schedule and oversee

Volunteer Opportunities
- Race Officials – The Calabogie Challenge Series operates with eight volunteer Race Officials for every event to cover the necessary responsibilities of – Starter, Pit Lane, Paddock, Operating Steward, False Grid and more. Here is your opportunity to get involved – no experience required! We provide full training in every area and everyone gets a chance to rotate through and work in each area through-out the season. Its fun! There is a modest gas allowance and you get the experience to allow you to qualify as a Licensed Race Official. Our Race Officials work throughout North America in many different capacities and right here is the place where it all starts! Interested in knowing more about it, please contact tsdale2@gmail.com
