Chief paddock marshal, Greg Van Dalen. Email TPMRPaddock@gmail.com

After reading the Paddock regulations, please send a request for space to TPMRPaddock@gmail.com, and include class, arrival date, trailer size, tow vehicle size, names of all drivers and cars associated with team, contact info, any other special notes. Remember folks, paddock space is very limited, we will do our best to find a spot for you and your race team.

  • No one will be allowed to enter the Paddock area until properly registered.
  • Reserved paddock parking is available to registered TPM competitors only.
  • Reserved competitor parking is NOT available to Test Day only participants.
  • Reserved parking requests are to be forwarded along with registration to the TPM  Registrar. All requests, except as noted, will be honored on a first received basis determined by postmark date or fax receipt time. Sponsors are assigned competitor parking spaces in advance at the discretion of the Sponsorship Chairperson.
  • Reserved parking applications must list three choices for parking spaces. Every effort, including email, phone and fax will be made to notify you of your site assignment or to get additional choices if the original ones are unavailable. In addition, reserved space assignments will be included with the competitor credentials at registration.
  • A reserved paddock parking system is available for this event. Unreserved paddock areas are available for those drivers/entrants that choose not to reserve a paddock location or for late entrants. The parking staff will direct the parking of all vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Please cooperate to ensure a safe and orderly Paddock. The Reserved Competitor Parking Guidelines as issued in this entry are an Official Addendum of the Supplemental Regulations.
  • Vehicles and trailers parked in Fire Lanes, unauthorized areas, or parked in violation of the Paddock Marshal’s instructions, and vehicles without Paddock Parking Stickers will be towed away without notice.
  • CMP and MCO Reserved Parking Committee Staff will assist in placing you in your assigned location.
  • Paddock Parking: Each entry will be issued one (1) Paddock Parking sticker at registration. Vehicles will not be allowed to enter the Paddock if the correct sticker is not affixed to the vehicle.
  • No stakes are to be driven into the asphalt paving in the paddock area. CMP will bill for any damage caused by tent stakes.
  • All vehicles are to be driven at a slow and safe speed in the paddock.

  • One-way routes through several areas of the paddock have been established to relieve congestion and to enable traffic flow. Please observe and follow all one-way directional signs and/or marshal instructions.
  • All vehicles and trailers must be parked in accordance with Paddock Marshal’s/Competitor Reserved Parking Committee’s instructions.
  • Included in your registration is the standard fee of $35 for a 40-foot pit spot. Anything that is required beyond a 40-foot pit spot will be subject to an additional charge.
  • Competitors requiring a pit spot ranging from 41-50 feet will be charged $1 per foot up to 50 feet. Any competitor requiring a pit spot larger than 50 feet will be charged for an additional pit spot.
  • Tow vehicles will be issued a Paddock parking pass. Parking passes will be provided when you register at the event. Team vehicles displaying a team issue hanging P1 pass may make deliveries to the paddock from the 6 am to 11am daily. The driver of the vehicle must surrender his/her credential to the guard at the entrance on the east end of the paddock and will be allowed 30 minutes to complete deliveries and return to retrieve his/her credential. Anyone abusing this policy risks the revocation of his/her credential and/or the team parking pass.
  • It is the competitor’s responsibility to fit their vehicles and equipment within the reserved space. MCO reserves the right to reject reserved competitor parking applications that do not conform to these requirements
  • Groups that wish to paddock together and require more than one space must submit all parking applications together to insure that adjoining spaces are available. Parking spaces will not be held without a registration and parking application.
  • Paddock parking, either reserved or unreserved, is exclusively for competitors and their equipment.
  • Motorhomes must park in the designated area of the paddock, unless it is the teams primary tow vehicle.
  • Each competitor will be issued a Competition Paddock Passes for one support vehicle. A pass must be affixed to the vehicle you use to go to and from the track and must remain on the vehicle while in the reserved paddocks. Parking for guests and non-essential support vehicles will be available in designated areas. Please don’t park unnecessary vehicles in your paddock space.
  • MCO reserves the right to reassign reserved spaces if they become available during the weekend.
  • Competitors who are not in their designated reserved parking place by the end of their race group’s first qualifying session will forfeit their space unless they have notified MCO of late arrival. To notify us of late arrival, please email the MCO registrar with subject “Reserved Paddock Late Arrival”. After that time, please leave a voice mail at XXX-XXX-XXXX stating that this is regarding late arrival at the TPM, your name, car number, class, and when you expect to arrive.
