Supplementary Regulations

  1. Held under ASN Canada FIA GCR for National Classes; CASC-OR GCR and Race Regulations for Ontario Region Classes; and these Supplementary Regulations
  2. ALL participants must sign the insurance waiver at Registration and wear the appropriate pass at all times.
    Areas designated as requiring a Track Side’ pass include Pit Lane, Pit Boxes and Track Side.
  3. The Organizers reserve the right (subject to the approval of the Event Stewards) to alter practice, qualifying and race sessions, including the re-grouping of cars.
  4. Drivers, or one of their crew, must attend Driver meetings.
  5. Radio channels used by MCO are registered for the exclusive use of MCO and CMP and competitors are prohibited from using these frequencies.
  6. No parking is permitted on the Mock Grid (excluding properly gridded race cars) or on any of the service lanes.
  7. An additional Checkered Flag may be displayed at Corner 16 for Practice only - proceed directly into Pit Lane upon receipt.
  8. During a Red Flag situation you may NOT pass the Start/Finish line.  Rescue vehicles may be automatically dispatched from the end of pit lane under these circumstances.
  9. All races will be rolling starts. All timed races will end the first time the leader crosses the Start/Finish line after completion of the prescribed time.
  10. No competition engines may be started between 9:00 PM – 8:30 AM Friday or Saturday.
  11. Only the final races in each race grouping will qualify for trophies. In the event that Official Results are changed after the awarding of trophies, it is the recipient’s responsibility to return the trophy to the Organizer. Trophies must be picked up at the track.
  12. NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 service fee.
  13. All requests for refund of entry fees, wholly or in part, must be submitted IN WRITING to the Chief Registrar, or no refund will be considered.
  14. The official Notice Board will be under the Calabogie track map near Pit Lane. Results will be available in the same area or, in the case of inclement weather, from the Administration Building.
  15. NO tent pegs may be used on the paved part of the paddock. Weights, or other like non-intrusive devices, must be used to secure tents, tarps, or similar. Jack stands must only be used on a base to prevent damage to the paddock pavement.
  16. Fueling is permitted only in the paddock – not in Pit Lane. All Teams must have their own fire extinguisher and it must be visible and readily accessible during any fuel transfer procedure. All spills (fuel, oil, other lubricants and coolants) must be dealt with immediately. The waste fluids facility is located near the Race Medical trailer.
  17. The permitted sound level for the weekend is 104db, measured from 50 feet with the vehicle on track. The measuring will be performed by CMP. Details on the measuring process will be posted at http://www.calabogiemotorsports.com.
  18. Only vehicles with a parking pass are permitted in the paddock. All other vehicles must be parked in the gravel lot outside and to the west of the paddock. Absolutely no parking is permitted directly in front of the Administration Building or the Race Medical trailer.
  19. All reasonable instructions or directions given by race officials or the Organizer will be complied with.
    Inquiries may be directed to the Clerk of the Course who is normally available at Race Control or by radio through an MCO Official.
  20. Qualifying for the GT races will be split. 10 minutes for GT 1-2-A and 10 minutes for GT B-C-D with 2nd qualifying beginning at the checkered flag of the first session.
