April 2008 – Washroom and shower facility

Like the Main Tower Building, the washroom and shower facility will carry a country feel. It will offer separate washroom accommodation for both male and female.

Spring 2008 - New Extended Main Paddock

The nearly 2.5 acre paddock extension will see the main paddock grow to over 6 acres of polymer paved paradise.Hard line power will also be coming to the facility in 2008 to support all these new projects.

2009 - Main Tower Building

The Tower will have two distinct characteristics. The arrival side will carry a country flavour, nestled into a natural setting of trees, rock and gardens, while the back and sides that face the track will have a more modern, mostly glass appearance offering our clients panoramic views of the track. Upon entering the building, you’ll be able to see through the building and out to the track.

The ground floor will house a reception area, offices, storage areas and washrooms. The second floor, will offer a main hall giving access to washrooms and our classrooms. Sliding walls will allow for three different classroom configurations all bordered by a recessed glass wall facing the front for maximum light and visual interest. The third floor will have a main hall offering access to washrooms, a catering area and VIP suites. This hall will also have a glass wall facing the front. The covered rooftop deck offers open air views in all directions. This will be a great spectating area or an ideal spot for a special VIP gathering providing the most visceral experience possible.
