The Motorcycle Rider Course (MRC) is a motorcycle skills training program affiliated with the Ottawa Safety Council (OSC), and certified by the Canada Safety Council. The MRC is operated by a dedicated team consisting of over fifty instructors, mechanics, and office staff. The OSC is a registered non-profit organisation, reinvesting all income in equipment, program improvement, and instructor training.
